Jisori is in closed beta. The terms below apply to pilot participants only. Public-launch terms will be published before the app reaches general availability at MVP 6.
Who you contract with
Jisori Technologies, a Swiss limited liability company. Registered office: pending registration (target MVP 4).
What we provide
Hosted multilingual translation sessions, an Operator console, and listener access via the Jisori mobile app or web. During the pilot, service is provided as-is with no SLA. Production SLA terms ship with MVP 6.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Jisori to facilitate illegal activity.
- Don't broadcast content you don't have the right to broadcast.
- Don't reverse-engineer the service or abuse rate limits.
- Listeners must respect copyright on translated content.
Pricing during pilot
Free during the closed beta. Operator subscription pricing activates at MVP 6 — pilot partners receive 6 months free post-launch as part of the pilot agreement.
Liability
Jisori Technologies' liability during the pilot is capped at zero CHF, reflecting the experimental nature of the service. Standard limited-liability terms apply post-MVP-6.
