Listeners stay anonymous. We never log a stable identifier. Audio and transcripts are not stored by default. Optional transcript backup is per-session, opt-in, and respects audio privacy modes.
Who we are
Jisori Technologies is a Swiss company building real-time multilingual translation software. Contact: privacy@jisori.com.
What data we process
- Account data (operators / guides / paid-tier listeners only): email + display name + Apple/Google identifier.
- Session telemetry: anonymised counts of sessions, languages, listener-count peaks.
- Audio + transcripts: not stored by default. Opt-in transcript backup only.
- No personal data is collected from anonymous-by-QR listeners.

Where data lives
At MVP 1–4, services run on Azure Switzerland-North. Customers can opt for sovereign on-prem deployment with JsrHub (Phase 2).
